Mala caste is one of the castes in Andhra Pradesh. This caste is considered untouchable in India society. Centuries back Christian Missionaries concentrated on this people groups particularly in coastal area of Andhra Pradesh and brought them to Christianity. According to a survey the group in coastal area is almost Christian Community. However, there are many people in this group live in different districts of A.P are still unreached. AFLC of India has got some information about this people group in Prakasam & Chittoor districts and came to know that the Gospel has not been reached.
AFLCI has selected Peridepi(Peddepi) and Vemalapadu villages in Prakasam district and sent pastor T.Issac and pastor Jayarao to preach the gospel to this unreached caste.
Above picture is pastor Jaya Rao and below his is pastor T.Issac. By the grace of our Lord and by the sincere work of these two pastors the AFLCI has bought a place for worship in these two villages and few people are coming to worship Jesus.
